The client needed a complete management team, including a managing director and a sales and marketing manager in Pakistan, at extremely short notice. The previous search the client carried out, and the following search by an international recruitment company were still unsuccessful. In addition, the name of the client couldn’t be given to the applicants, which made the search even more difficult.
