Our client received an extensive order from a clothing chain and contractually agreed to construct a service centre in Pakistan within three months. The management of the service centre was to be manned by German and Pakistani managers.

Initial interviews enabled a shortlist of especially suitable candidates just four weeks after the start of the project. The contract negotiations were complete within the set time frame. To increase efficiency, a tailored intercultural seminar was carried out for the management of the German parent company and the subsidiary in Pakistan. Both the Pakistani and the German managers were taught about the cultural characteristics of the respective other country. The result was better understanding for the colleagues and harmonious, efficient collaboration.
